What is this spot on my ankle?

I've had this spot for almost 5 years. It won't go away. I can also pull a lot of skin in that area.

I suggest you see a dermatologist and have it biopsied. Have you any others? It's unlikely to be Degos disease or scleroderma, but they should be eliminated by biopsy.

I think if it's been there for five years, it's not an infection.
