I see you have no information for DISSEMINATED SUPERFICIAL ACTINIC POROKERATOSIS (DSAP). I have had this for 15 years, no treatment, no help, nothing. There's a small risk of malignancy developing yet this is classed as Cosmetic! How can this be? Nowhere has ANY information on this rare condition and it has ruined not only my self confidence but I have had to change many aspects of my life which has impacted on my family. This is a horrible condition why is there no research being done?
