While i can't say for sure what's wrong, the fact that you have been 103 days sober is the most important factor in you recovery. Well done!! Get a referral from your GP to a Liver Unit or Digestive Diseases Unit in your local Hospital ASAP. You sound as if you have been tolerating abdominal pain for some time - now's the time to do something about it.

    Good Luck !

You can also start on a self help programme with diet. Its hard to get a NHS referral to a dietician or nutritionist, but there are things you can do yourself. Have you had any professional advice re diet to control your diabetes? Have you had any professional advice re diet because of your gallstones.
You may find that educating yourself about fats in your diet, about sugar in your diet, will help. Also some people find that cutting out dairy and cutting out gluten really helps. However its best to do this under medical supervision, unless you are prepared to spend a lot of time researching the best nutrition yourself.
    Good luck
