Pre cancer.

Hi everyone ,not posted for ages but ive just been diagnosed with precancerous nodules in liver. Im worried because liver cancer is rife in my family. Does anyone know if i should be worried? Only one nodule is very close to blood vessel and im scared i cannot have microwave Ablation. please help someone !!!
