I don't think it has anything to do with liver disease ?

On this occasion it would be ok for you to do a web search - type Menetriers Disease into your search engine and you'll get pages and pages of information. It's more of a condition of the stomach than liver and we are solely liver focussed here.

The inner ear condition may be Ménière's disease - the original poster has asked about Menetrier's Disease which is a stomach lining issue.
