Well, been diagnosed with diverticular disease, degenerative spine, all other organs ok. Still no explanation for weird eyesight and feeling odd. Will try and believe liver ok. I’m going to make an appointment to see GP if I can. Would the liver have been looked at in detail does anyone know? Would diverticular disease cause constipation? Not diverticulitis fortunately. Thank you.

Diverticular disease can certainly cause constipation and sadly the other. My Dad has it, it becomes diverticultitis when you get a flare - 'itis' meaning inflammation. You can learn more about it at the NHS page :- nhs.uk/conditions/diverticu...

I think you can absolutely rule out liver disease now as all tests point to no liver issues and the diverticular disease covers the bowel symptoms.

As regards your eye issue this needs some follow up but isn't liver related.
