Just been diagnosed with NAFLD I really don’t know where to start. Had a flexiscan and been referred to a consultant. Any help tips would be much appreciated.

Thank you so much. 😁

It’s completely reversible and only a small percentage of people with NAFLD go on to develop truly serious liver injury. If you lose weight, and eat healthy, it will go away. I have lost almost 40 pounds so far and look forward to my next appointment. My last score back in 2019 was 6.1 KPa and elevated liver enzymes for the past few years. I know it’s not too scary but I want to be even lower and get rid of it once and for all. Also, you don’t have to give up all the foods that you love. Just be smart with your choices and don’t miss follow up appointments!
