Best to speak to your GP as nobody here can give you a definite answer on that.
It's actually against the forum rules to post photographs for comment. None of us are qualified to give you any sort of answer and if you have concerns that you do potentially have Terry's Nails and/or an underlying health issue that potentially causes them then the only way to know for sure is to visit your doctor, explain your concerns and have relevants tests and assessment done.
