Raised Liver Blood test and possible Gallstones

I went to the GP with a sinus infection and subsequent blood tests show inflammation in my system with abnormal liver blood test results. GP has indicated possible gallstones. I am in no pain but have been having night sweats and chills but put this down to sinus infection . Anyone else relate? I’ve been referred to a specialist.

Hi drummer50 and welcome to this friendly forum. Does your GP know about your night sweats and chills? I would suggest mentioning it to them if not. I've attached some general information about gallstones which may be of interest.

Hi

Yes my GP knows about the chills and sweats and these have now gone since the antibiotics kicked in. I have an appointment with the gastroenterologist on the phone tomorrow so hopefully will find out more. He seems to be a colitis and IBD, IBS specialist. So who knows! Thank you for the information .
