There’s one thing for sure... your liver and pancreas are amazing pieces of engineering... but very mysterious. (I’m ALD cirrhosis)
I’ve had bloods checked and there’s no answer yet. I’m not diabetic but this somehow relates to the dawn effect that diabetes patients experience.
I wake between 4am and 5am still (every morning) and have to vomit straight away (and bowel movement.... sorry!)
My head feels ‘tight and foggy’ (for the want of a better description).... for a few hours. And then I’m fine for the whole day.
I’ve been booked in for another scan, but bloods are kind of acceptable. They say it might be hormones causing this. Even blood sugars through the night and morning are fine.
Has anyone got any experiences of this please?
I do eat an orange when I feel sick as another member previously suggested... and it does work. But waking up at 4am, vomiting, eating an orange, and then going to work is OK, but not great!
I’ve tried changing the times I eat, and the times I go to bed... but it’s always between 4.07am and 4.59am.
Anyone Have any experiences like this?
Best regards
Matt
