Immunosuppressions high risk list

Hi all,

I have had a look at the NHS at high risk and those who will be getting a letter, it lists AZA, but not 6MP, I have AIH/PBC, I am not taking steroids at the moment, I do work in a home for the elderly as a carer, which went into lockdown on Saturday, so no visitors, deliveries etc.

I have tried to ring my consultant to no avail.

Can anyone advise me on what to do and where I stand with things.

Thank you

Hi

I have compensated cirrhosis , I won't get s letter from NHS but she told me I have vyo self isolate for 12 weeks!!!

Good afternoon Twinny63,

I am sure you can appreciate this is a very rapidly changing situation at present.

The British Liver Trust Clinical Board are in the process of clarfying the 'extremely vulnerable' patients with regards to liver disease.

As soon as this information is available it will be posted on the British Liver Trust Website.

I have included the link to the website inforamtion currently available.

britishlivertrust.org.uk/co...

As with all these situations however, if you have any specific concerns it is important to discuss with your own medical team (I fully appreciate this may not be so easy just now )

Take care,
