Well I went yesterday to see the consultant and he said he would consider taking me on the transplant list! If my BMI improves and general health my cirrhosis is decompsted. Done lots of blood but will be keeping a closer look out for liaison with my hepatolgist down here. He said about 3/5 years left maybe in liver. Hopefully get transplanted before the end. Thank you all too be honest with you I did not think my liver was that bad. Thank you all for such kind words. Still had no message of son and daughters in law. My husband contacted him last night and said when is she going to do then. Like someone said on here think it was David. My friends on here give me more support, some of the new generation have awful attitudes today. Not all but majority of them it’s me me and what they need. And they want everything now. Well got to get myself more healthy now. Been told to at least walk half hour a day but I have Lymphodema so that’s going to be a challenge. And come off all my mental health medication because it’s no good for liver. He did state that my cirrhosis was down to a drug called olanzapine which is a very strong antipsychotic, which in 10 years never got reviewed or had blood test. And it’s a known fact that it caused fatty liver. Wish some of these doctors would just tell what they can do to you. Any way bless you all and thanks again my online family much respect for you all. XX Anna

Hi

How are you feeling today?

I don't know how your son and daughters in law can treat you like this.

Some of the younger generation aren't like like this. My son and his girlfriend have been in rented accommodation for about 3 months but they don't mind second hand etc, my other son and girlfriend are the same. I know I'm lucky that they are like this. I do hope your family come round soon. You can pm me if you need to. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx

Hi Anna.

so at least now you have been given some clear goals and you know how to work toward them.

I'm sure that if you do as requested you won't have a problem being listed when the necessary time arrives and you may even reverse things more than expected.

Keep on posting and let us know how you're getting on.

There will always be support for you on here.

Wishing you all the best on your journey.

Alf

Good Morning Brightstar

Firstly thank you for keeping everyone of us updated on your recent visit to the QE! Like Alf states you now have a goal to aim for and I'm hoping my prayers of today will give you additional strength to help you achieve your target and the road to a new life.

Like others and I have said over the weeks we're all here for you!

Love Trish x

Hi

Family are always a challenge! We moved from one end of the country to the other when we married so family support has been very sparse.

The QEHB news is the start of the journey for real and the beginning of what for me has been a transplant and a new life.

My journey started a similar way, I pray its the start of a very happy ending

David

Hi Anna,
