Believe your Dr. or don’t bother going. They sorta know what they are doing. I don’t know much about that test but it does say normal. Accept it😀

All looks absolutely normal, I take it you've also had an ultrasound based on the top bit of the report. Have you changed things in your lifestyle since your F2 result? If so you have probably reversed the fibrosis that was there and you can be content that doctors know what they are doing, results are good.

Is this perhaps health anxiety getting the better of you?I am not saying its all in your head but when we fear something and get into such a mental state about it it can actually manifest in physical symptoms. I know when my hubby is stressed (like at the death of his father, PIP assessment etc. his tummy/liver went really haywire).

All tests have come back utterly normal, so you need to try and de-stress and forget about the liver and see if trying to get on with life you can reverse these symptoms.

Hair loss, insomnia and even tummy pains can all be symptoms of stress/anxiety and it's perhaps that side of things you need to get control of.

Best wishes,

Katie

I've just re-ready your post after you came back from the mindfulness retreat, look how your symptoms completely disappeared then because you were focussed on other more positive things.

I think so ....my symtomes would increase if I keep on thinking about my ailment .My RUQ pain disappeared after my mindfulness retreat...I think I should keep on doing mindfulness an hour a day along with my diet and exercise

I've read your posts. You've had a number of tests and thanks to some great lifestyle choices, your liver is fine. According to what you've written you were nowhere near cirrhosis and don't have it now.

However, I do think you should go back to your doctor. This is delicate and I really don't want you to take this the wrong way because I am genuinely concerned for you. I think you should see them to discuss your mental health. You are displaying an abnormal level of anxiety over this and can't seem to accept your liver is fine. Go and have an open and honest chat with your doctor.
