Hi, I am going to try and fill out my PIP form tomorrow. I have no idea how to answer the questions with my AIH PBC overlap and would welcome any helpful advice on answering the questions. I know to pit what you are like on a bad day, but I get good days as well and I don't lie so anything to help please.
Please feel free to post any answers you may have given if you are on PIP, anything to help really. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
I was advised to answer as if a bad day. I didnt lie and the day i went for my interview i was so upset. I answered them honestly and got it first go.
I had worked since 16 years of age with a gap of 16 weeks for maternity leave when i had my daughter. I was and am genuinely upset not to work and i hope to return one day, even if my family dont.
Good luck and take your time with it, dont rush. X
Yes, answer like it is a bad day, that's what I was advised to do. Good luck. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
Well worth signing up to the Benefits & Work Website, their member guides take you through the forms and descriptors step by step and give examples for various types of illnesses. benefitsandwork.co.uk/
Having had to take hubbies first application to appeal tribunal I have used Benefits & Work for the next two renewals and have been successful in Enhanced Daily Living & Basic Rate Mobility awards. (Also used guides for ESA renewal and got a successful decision on paper without a face-to-face). Hubby has cirrhosis due to AIH.
