Keep seeing this product Hepafar being advertised for fatty liver. Has anyone tried it or can recommend it?

Please don't go wasting your money. Mankind has been around for over 200,000 years, and in that time fatty livers have been repairing themselves. They don't need more toxins to have to process. There is no evidence to support claims that herbal remedies are of any use.

Some good replies here Fandabby. Fatty liver can definately repair itself on its own with the right lifestyle choices. The companies that sell and and promote these really can take advantage of people. I am glad you asked here about this before taking it though! Thats the great thing about this forum. Best wishes.
