Fibroscan results

Hi, I had an ultrasound scan done recently due to pain in right side under ribs. I was informed that I have fatty liver disease and also my Arfi score (avg 189) suggests Fibrosis. I then went privately and had fibroscan done. The median score was 6.5. I am confused what that means. Do I have fibrosis.
