I am also wondering if eyes have a yellowish hue

Photographs (especially of eyes) are notoriously difficult to interpret and therefore the British Liver Trust has repeatedly stated that they arn't to be put up in posts seeking comment/amateur diagnosis. None of the forum members are qualified to say whether yes or no there is any sign of jaundice especially from a photograph. It is best to see your own medical team who can look properly and also order necessary blood tests - if you had jaundice you would expect your bilirubin levels to be elevated.

It's not a case of offending anyone, it's just that none of us are qualified to really comment on pictures or test results and pictures in particular can be misleading. It is ALWAYS best to seek proper medical advice rather than asking unqualified people to say they can or can't see something wrong with a picture which isn't all that clear to start off with. We could say yes there is something wrong or no there isn't and be totally incorrect in doing so as like I say we arn't qualified.

If you have any medical concerns you should see a doctor in the first instance and they have the tools (tests) at their disposal to give you absolute peace of mind whether you were jaundiced or not. Your eyes look fine but I am not qualified to say you are ok.

Thanks, I have seen a Hepatologist that’s who ordered my ultra sound. I am just concerned because he never really does an examine on my like look at my eyes, the bruising that is appearing fir no known reason. They have done alt and ast tests and they have been all over the place, from extremely high to normal range. To me my eyes seem yellowing tinted, but like I said The specialist I am seeing doesn’t seem to investigate much other then to say yes your liver is enlarged and yes it is moderate fat infiltrated. I am trying to get a different hepatologist, because the one I am seeing seems disinterested, and I am worried the fatty liver could be NASH.

The hepotologist wouldn't need to look in your eyes as jaundice can be found on a blood test indicating a high bilirubin level

I have had jaundice and believe me, you didn't need to look for the yellowing- it is really obvious. However, I did not notice it starting- it just appeared, so I can't say what it looks like initially. However, as has already been said, the bilirubin levels would be very elevated.
