I'm overloaded with PTSD I'm getting state where I don't no what I'm doing off as I used the wrong mouth stuff listeren.and instead I swallowed it I don't even put perfume on reason I'm trying to put what's happening in case I forget sorry everyone I've been under bit much and everyone on here one year ago I thank you all for being there for me X

Hi faithful. Don't worry about swallowing a mouthful of Listerine I'm sure most of us have done that in the past it won't do you any harm just tastes bloody awful ! Did you drink plenty of water afterwards to dilute it?
