Hepatic adenoma

Hi. I have recently been told I have a hepatic adenoma, a cyst and slight fatty liver. I'm 33 female with tubes tied and haven't taken birth control for 9 years. Has anyone had something similar. I am on a monthly check to see if the adenoma grows. I can't seem to find much info on it and if it explains random symptoms. I know it's on the low scale of worry but I'm not sure what I should be doing to help it? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

No I don't know of any specific forums for that condition but there are other members on here who have posted about them in the past.

If you type Hepatic Adenoma into the Search British Liver Trust box on the top right of your screen it should bring up previous threads on the topic.

Problems seem to occur with larger tumours. Do you know what size yours is? How was your adenoma diagnosed?
