On my way: Hellloooooo, just a big thank... - British Liver Trust
On my way
Congratulations Linda3035 it would appear that you have done fantastically well. I am 20 months post liver transplant and am still here, thanks to Start James Hospital in Leeds. Unbelievable people!! I'm sure your trip to the Dominican Republic will be unbelievable and emotional. I've visited places, in the UK, that I never thought I would see again and I found it very emotional. Had a trip to Jersey a few weeks ago and everything went according to plan. Another trip to Malta in 4 weeks and to think I only had a month left at the time of the transplant. It will always amaze me what can be done by our stunningly brilliant NHS, thank you is inadequate. Enjoy your trip, hug your grandchildren and thank God we have dedicated, professional and wonderful people who can change a life forever. Keep smiling, have fun and take care.π
