Not a bad day today though i might have to get a scratch pole to reach them awkward places,tis a funny old itch you get with cirrhosis theres not one part of my body that hasn't itched.

Oh i have a back scratcher. 🙈. Needs must with my itchy back, my arms i can deal with and my belly .so much worse in the sunny weather. But then i dont go out in it

Back scratcher seems a good idea I have been using the door frame,cheers.

Oh i uded to do use the door frame, untill i found a back scratcher in the range , they do them on ebay.👍
