1. I'd so appreciate the views of others here, on all or anything.
2. Could the drugs contribute to the elevated blood test readings?
3. What type of doctor should I see for a full investigation of my health and possible medication interactions? I am not confident with the care of my GP.
I am in Canda, but would travel to a doctor or clinic where I could receive an overview of my health, my medications and advice.
I do drink alcohol, nightly. Sometimes moderate intake, sometimes heavy eg. seven beers.
Thank you very much for any guidance you may offer me.

Hello and welcome aboard, you'll probably find that one of the admin jump on your post as members are asked not to post blood results - owing to differences in hospital ranges for normal results and none of us being qualified to interpret results and offer an opinion. I note you have already had an ultrasound scan for which you are awaiting results and it would be best to see what the results of that are before taking the next step which IF any abnormalities are found in your liver you will want to ask for referral to a liver specialist / hepatologist for further investigation.
Whilst you are having some abnormal liver results it would be sensible to limit your alcohol consumption - your liver will thank you for it and it may even help to normalise your figures. Alcohol in any quantity is a poison which your liver has to try and cope with and if your liver is in any way struggling you are giving it further work to do which it might begin to struggle with.
Hope that helps a bit. Have a look at the BLT page on looking after your liver for further guidance. britishlivertrust.org.uk/li...
