I'm back after some time away from this site. Had a transplant 3 1/2 years ago. Didn't know of this website before transplant but was a great resource after.
The greatest strength of this site is that there are some great non judgemental people with great advice.
I don’t believe anyone would or had judged you at all faithful,what your going through I must be so so hard and yet you still give advice to me and others,everyone has done things in life they’ve regretted I know I certinally have and could well do in the future so please don’t be hard on yourself your a wonderful person who like all of us wants to be well again

You are all doing so well. Has anyone in here had a panic attack. I've had a few recently, found it quite frightening, couldn't get my breath, my son was with me in one of them and taught me how to breathe my way through it. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
Thankyou I'm in a constant state of anxiety complex PTSD but the confused state is wearing off a bit but ask what I done last week all a blur . Them panick attacks if you had one it's unexplainable .as you no it's horrible.
Hi. There is a breathing technique whereby 1. Smell the roses. 2. Slowly blow out the candle. Repeat until you start to feel better. We use it to calm down we start to panic due to S.O.B. I hope this helps. ( And, yes, I know it's a silly analogy but that's how it was explained to me, lol. )
I'm ok hope your ok, I no it's terrible when you first have them it's like terra . I don't no if your GP might be able to give you something to take edge off .or help you manage them instead,that's if ur GP is a good one.
If you get one try to get someone you trust to keep talking to you calm and focus
On what their saying get them to talk about good I no it's hard and if on own call Samaritans ,if you don't wanna do that I get on here to take edge off.
I'm sorry that your getting theses.
You will overcome them and I'm always be there for you as I no when you ain't got them you worry that they come back it's pressure of everything I do no exactly that feeling belive me they will pass even though it seems like they go on forever at the time like my replys w. Love and big hugs .xx

Thank you , Faithful. There is usually someone around to help me when I get them, if not I know I could just about make it to our friends who live next door, they would help me. In fact I'm going to go in and warn them so that they are prepared if I need them we've always helped each other, we've known them nearly 28 years. I'm very lucky to have a good support network. I hope you've got someone you can trust who can help you, you deserve to have someone who you can lean on whenever you need a helping hand. I know everyone is great on here too. It's hell in living breathing a complicated confused comorbities which cheers me up no end .no u def not alone where all bouncing off each other in our darkest hour and we're happy when someone had a good result there ain't no oh you did it but I must say my posts are confusing me .

Lynne I get a website that helps it's really good I get daughter to get it for me to give to u as they are unreal I had to send 2 extra pages of illness but it's discustimg who plays God on the day .
Sorry its scope website I've write mine and added pages I'm confused at there letters let alone my handwriting it's BASICALY hard they wanna see me but won't come here as first call I'm violent next call aggressive can't belive my writing was aggressively violent .
We also call it near to drive u insane claim .no only having laugh as its a hard work ill and under intense pressure and me adult ADHD plus no way can u get the questions right as its on the day who plays God .and if there got the happy or not .
