bile duct cancer

After numerous tests [ultrasound and CT scan ] and blood counts . I have just been diagnosed with bile duct cancer and have been referred to the local cancer specialist.

Has anyone got any info that might put my mind at ease.

I am 71 years old male with an active life till 4 weeks ago when I developed a rash all over my body and since then been in a down hill spiral.

Many thanks Katie , it's funny that the only symptoms I have are the itchy skin and slight loss of appetite.
