I have detoxed off lucazade one month just to make up for the sweet intake like constant all night everynight ridiculous all I wanted was lucazade and wanted all sweets b4 Xmas did fancy them think I ate whole turkey .
Well done !! I wished i could stop the awful craving of sweet things 😏. I have been non stop now for a week .every single night i know i go over my sugar intake and my fat intake. I dont have sugar in hot drinks or even flavour water ..yet chocolate is terrible. Just devoured half a big trifle with double cream 😲🤤🤤.. lol. I am going to get a right telling off .
