Cirrhosis & adenoma transverse colon treatment

Hi,

My father suffering with cirrhosis with abdominal fluid accumulation .

And he diagnosed adenoma transverse colon .

His age is 56 .

Weight is 50 .

And he unable to walk now .

Docters said that he is not fit for anaesthesia for transverse colon .

Please suggest us needful further treatment .
