No one seems to know?

I had my gall bladder removed in 2012 and it was found to be severely diseased and fused to my liver with 1 large gall stone inside (golf ball size). I developed significant bowel difficulties following very slow transit and poor digestion, severe constipation affecting my pelvic floor, multiple elongated sigmoid and colonic loops. The action following by bowel specialist was colostomy in Jan 2015 (but they did not remove the redundant bowel), around the same time they found a symptomatic tumor showing characteristics of chc, I had a liver resection following (Sept 15)with over 3 sections removed and it was found to be a FNH. Post complications of bile leakage with bubble locule things which remained in December (without locules). Follow up ultrasound found voids where it grew back and distended bile duct, but Mri seen as okay. Since this time my digestion has worsened whereby some foods will not digest at all, I.e cooked veg comes out the same colour as it goes in and colostomy very unpredictable. I can not eat any fruit and veg cooked or uncooked as it causes blockages and more unpredictability, where as a community social worker this is difficult to manage. I now have a parastomal hernia that will require surgery at some point. Recent transit study retained over 95% of markers over 10 day study. I have significant weight gain around my waist. No one seems to have any idea what to do and I have never been referred to a gastroenterologist. Any advice you could give would be appreciated?
