I'm having RUQ pain but I also have Celiac and can't really tell if my eyes are foggy or if they're really yellow. I take pain medicine with apap regularly for my Celiac so I think it's to blame.

I am not a doctor, but having had jaundice, I would say that they do not look jaundiced. Of course having your doctor check is best.
I wish my eyes were as white as yours. Get a doc to check yourself out if you're worried.
