Pain after drinking coffee

Hi I am still waiting for a diagnosis maybe PSC or AIH.

When I drink coffee (not instant coffee ) I get pain in the liver area. I have read that coffee is supposed to be benificial, but not sure it can be with this much pain. Anyone else have this happen?
