Is this the same as an endoscopy??

Was told mine won't be till August.

Had lots of bloods done again! And then they brought it forward to may.

Not sure if there is a reason for this but at least I don't have to wait too long now. X

You will be fine, I'm always nervous having anything done 😓. But I get on with it as they do them for a reason. Hope all turns out fine x

Hi,

A gastroscopy is a procedure where a thin, flexible tube called an endoscope is used to look inside the oesophagus (gullet), stomach and first part of the small intestine (duodenum).

It's also sometimes referred to as an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy

Best wishes,

Rebecca
