Hi sure234, I hope we can help you. Terry's Nails is no longer used as a diagnostic tool for identifying liver disease. What you need is a thorough medical examination with a full liver panel of blood tests and perhaps some medical imaging like an ultrasound or CT scan or a Fibroscan which can say if the liver is showing some stiffening / damage.

Terry's Nails can be a symptom of liver disease so perhaps this person has concerns that due to presenting with Terry's Nails he/she has indeed got a liver problem. Though as I earlier replied the Terry's Nails alone wouldn't be considered a diagnostic tool for liver disease and sure234 requires much greater medical investigation.
