I read that citric acid works a magnet for iron absorbtion. My father since 15 days is drinking one squeezed lemon with water and little honey, but since last two days he's complaining about pain/burning while urination. What might be the reason? Should he stop having the lemon juice??

Take a urine sample to his GP and get it checked for a urine infection.
I'm assuming your dad is lacking in iron? If he needs to absorb iron maybe a vitamin c tablet will do the same job. The fresh lemon juice may be a bit harsh for his system. 😊
