Enlarged swollen liver

Hi all what are the symptoms of an enlarged liver? Can you see like a mass or lump over your skin?also does it keep growing ? I have pain in my right side under rib cage. I had blood work and all came back good

Any help ?

My liver is swollen (about 50% more again) but I never had any pain or itching. Only had scan following a full set of blood tests as I was extremely tired. This was 8 years ago and my recent scan showed no further swelling and luckily nothing else - this has been controlled with medication. If your blood results came back as normal then it doesn't sound like you should worry, although if you're still getting pain that needs to be investigated.
