For those of you who have been affected by liver disease because of Hepatitis C, the Hepatitis C Trust is an excellent source of support, including a reliable and informed website hepctrust.org and a helpline exclusively staffed by people who either have or have had the virus.

Very true xxx I often go on website and have used helpline when rob was first diagnosed - very very helpful (even to a nursey like me) - although I prefer the 'British liver trust' because they do a lot more investigating into conditions associated with liver disease (such as their recent HE publication) the hep c trust tend to only refer to 'hep C' and not always the effects that cirrhosis causes - still an extremely valuable resource if newly diagnosed ❤️❤️

Quite true, Robswife, the Trust is constrained to limit its online resources to specifically Hep C issues, although some helpline volunteers (such as me) are able to share their personal experiences of cirrhosis, transplant etc, where they have undergone these.
