Dear members,

The British Liver Trust have developed a new app to help people have three consecutive days of no drinking, the time liver experts claim we need to detoxify and regenerate our livers. The app is already helping people drink less and is on iTunes store and ready to download, but we are still looking for feedback and ideas to continue to develop it.

If you are interested or have any friends you think this app may be useful for, please look at the Spruce site and share:

spruceapp.co.uk (with link to iTunes)
