What does it mean when your liver is said to be underperforming, even when you reduce alcohol?

Hi mordecai. Not sure what ART is, does it stand for antiretroviral therapy? Do you have HIV.

The figure of 79 is meaningless unless you can tell us what blood test it was a result for.

Presume GUI stands for urine infection, in which case yes an infection combined with medication for same combined with alcohol is an unhappy recipe for your body!
