Hi everyone, hope you’re all enjoying this beautiful weather. I haven’t posted for a while, I’m still plodding along doing my usual 5-7k’s runs. Really enjoying reading all your news, challenges, and tips, such a wonderful wealth of knowledge from you all.

For my run today I decided against my usual beachy gorsebush amble, as it’s been really busy as half term, and lots of visitors to seafront enjoying the sunshine ☀️. Photos taken on walk back along the trail, trees looking glorious.

I’m already struggling in the heat! must ‘try’ to get out early in the coming! Enjoy sunshine!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Isn’t the sunshine great, especially when you’re by the sea! I got out about 6.30 the other day to stagger through 10km and it was still quite warm! I think the fact you’re out and running at any time is worth a whoop whoop! Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts!

I think I recognise that trail Tetleyteagirl . 😂. Such lovely photos. We have been having the same problem with overcrowded promenade and parks, dogs on extendable leads etc. I’m going to have to get out earlier. So lovely to have sunshine and blue skies after such a wet spring . You will have been sheltered from the cold wind too.

Hi Dexy, yes you sure do recognise photos, it’s looking gorgeous in parts with ‘tree tunnels’ 😊, Was lovely to ‘run’ it again, back to school next week for the masses, so not so crowded till summer hols eh! keep well🏃‍♀️

Beautiful photos!😍 Yes, early runs are good as it gets warmer - though not always easy to do! When I’m working, I struggle to get up any earlier to run but as I work in a school, at least I will be able to get out early during the holidays!🙂

Hi SandraJ, thanks for response, I always struggle in heat and much prefer winter jogs🤣 I loved your last post on pre run food, for me it’s either empty or half a banana, interesting post😊 keep running 🏃‍♀️

I envy you your lovely weather - it's crap here in London - grey skies and a cold cold wind blowing. For my early run this morning I was back in two long sleeved layers!
