Broke the 90 minute hoodoo.

I haven't posted for some time. I went to Florence for my birthday 4 weeks ago (fantastic) but had a cough which wouldn't shift - it turned into a nasty chest infection. I got better and started running again only last Tuesday. Not the best training plan for my 10K today in Hatfield Broad Oak. I finished 2nd last (3rd last on chip time) but I smashed 90 minutes for the first time by 80 seconds, beating my PB by 4 and a half minutes. I ran "with" my nephew who was a tad quicker at 42.5 minutes! Great comeback run and still buzzing (or is that tinnitus?) Back at PR this weekend at last. No excuses for not getting well under 45 minutes this time. Hope others are feeling as good as me and if you are feeling under the weather hope I made you feel a bit better.

👏Brilliant! Well done on your PB - 4 minutes off your previous PB is a lot !🙂
