NRC not working and with help it's working now thank you

Is anyone else having problems logging in to th NRC app? I don't usually have to re log in but today it wants me to and sends me a code, wh n I've got the code I have to click log in again and nothing happens. Hence today's run being a bit of a disaster aswas supposed to run fartleks, did my own version but I do like the guided runs so would like to find away to log back in.

Must be me then, thanks, I'll be sad if I can't keep using it, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, turned phone on and off and on again, I'll sort it eventually

a little tip google it and it will bring up if there are any issues if not I would tweet nrc as that seems to get answers quickly! Fingers crossed it’s sorted soon!

No, although maybe if I look at the email in my laptop I could get code from there, I've been leaving NRC app to get code from email then it goes back to beginning and won't log in when I reopen app, sigh's I'll get laptop out, thank you, you made me think of a different way 😄

That's what I did this morning!Had my laptop to get the email , then entered code on my phone and I got in !

I have trouble with NRC dropping out in the middle of a run - very frustrating! Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it please?

I've also had the issue of NRC dropping in the middle of a run particularly when doing fartleks or speed runs, or when I paused the run... That's really frustrating when you think you've done well and it shows your average is 35mn/km 😄. Sometimes it takes ages to log a run at the end. I've given feedback to the app maintenance but not sure it gets fixed. Such a shame because it's such a great app! I think I may also have a crush on Chris Bennet🤣🤣🤣

Usually I get on fine with the NRC app but last week I did the 5 minute warm up for the prescribed speed run, paused to stretch and the run had permanently disappeared when I restarted. Didn't want to do the warm up again so I just did an unguided recovery run. The next time I tried that speed run it worked fine. Very frustrating but it just wasn't my day for doing that particular run on the first attempt.

I'm lazy, I never pause it just walk while he talks then run again, I don't stretch either, maybe it would make a difference and I will one day.Glad it worked well your next run

My stretches aren't very professional, not sure how much good they do! To be honest I feel a bit embarrassed attempting them on the trail as an older lady. Glad you are back on track with your tech and the HM plan, all the best.

At least you attempt them, I wait til I get home, as an older lady I think if I start stretching in the park someone might ask what I'm doing, and I run fast past people in case someone says is it wise at my age 😂😂😂 one woman shouted at me in the early days that I'd ruin my knees, she's wrong, 4 years in and my knees are stronger than they were before I ran but I so enjoy it, and have a good stretch when I come home
