Well Iโ€™m just back from holiday and decided that after all my walking I would try a little run.

Jumped out of bed eager and got ready and out in 5 minutes. Cool this morning but dry so headed off for my usual slow mile and half. ( still waiting for my cortisone injection so easy does it atm).

Having just returned from Dorset I found the route so different having gone up and down coastal paths for the past week my route seemed quite tame. However I know I mustnโ€™t run up hills as they really hurt my hip so my flat route is just fine. Nice 25 minutes of running ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ then back home for coffee and shower. Woo hoo.
