Such a lovely spell of weather. I am remembering all the reasons why I do this. No ponies to watch me trundle past this time - most of the fields have only recently been cleared. But cheerful walkers - fingers crossed we don’t meet on those narrow, rutted bits! Not sure how I manage to get to those bits just as Laura says, Get ready for your next run, but somehow it’s always true. 🤣
Its the same but different as I go through these runs for the second time. Gradually I am remembering all the little hints & tips I learned last time. And it’s fun to remember that if I did it once, I can do it again. And this time, of course, I already know about toe socks! 👍😄

Yes, it was hot by the time I came back trying to “cool down” 😄. But I caught the best of it for the running part. Back tomorrow with a box for some blackberries!!Im admiring your second go round with its turn of speed. Very good!
It’s been fun running with someone younger and faster but sadly this week has had no running apart from a slow 5k tuesday first my friend got a cold which went to her chest then i had my flu jab on tuesday and have had a week of aches and pains, with a very red swollen arm, not wanting to put anyone off Willow had his with no reaction and 11 people who live where i work had theirs with no reaction so it’s just me that’s strange
You’re just a sensitive flower, not strange! 😄👍 Hope you feel better soon. I always find flu jabs unpredictable. Guess it’s what one’s been near recently!

Gosh, another beautiful misty September morning post. I really am going to have to get myself out earlier for one of these. I’ve just finished supporting my daughter’s C25K, which she finished today before she heads off to start Uni tomorrow. She likes her morning runs too, but not early enough to catch the recent misty mornings. I have that to look forward to next week. Gorgeous photo. 😊
