Just a short post to share some photos of this morning's run (with Dabby-dot for her w8r1) as it was such a beautiful morning....
Along the edge of the old railway line the sunlight captured the morning dew on the cobwebs spanning the grasses. There were plenty of blackberries for scrumping on and the cooler air under the trees was very welcome.
I returned at lunchtime for a shady walk with Isla. Thank goodness we have this lovely place so nearby for shady walks and runs when the weather is hot.
Take care in the heat everyone and happy running ๐๐พโ๏ธ๐ณ๐โโ๏ธ

Hi Fionamags. Sheโs doing really well, though we both found today quite hard going for different reasons. But it is done, and the gorgeous weather and sights made it all worthwhile.
Lovely photos and congratulations to your daughter on running run 1 of week 8, not long now until she graduates, I suppose you will run with her on her graduation run, that would be wonderful.
Lovely pictures Delly-dot. There's something quite magical about running (or walking) in the woods isn't there. And your daughter's nearly reached the end of stage 1. All good!
Nice pics and are the blackberries tasty? I'm always at the wrong time where there are blackberries. Either they are not ripe yet or they are overripe. Me and timing ๐
