Hi πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ A new C25k Graduate here and very chuffed I completed it πŸ˜€ Unbelievably I’m looking to keep running and go faster and longer. I’ve started off with the podcasts.apple.com/gb/podca... and actually had an easier run this morning πŸ‘πŸ»

Well done on your C25k graduation. Keep it going building it up slowly πŸ‘πŸ˜€

Read the bumpf on Consolidation before moving up in distance. Not compulsory, but parent advisory.

Thanks! I’m having a little running rest as I have a painful left foot but I’m lucky to have a physio appointment next Tuesday so hope to be fixed quickly 🀞🏻 Running slower keeping my heart rate below 150 is my next challenge πŸ˜€ Yoga for the time being though... πŸ‘πŸ»

I've been having foot trouble on and off for a few months now, slow running definitely helps. It's great that you've been able to get a physio appointment so quickly, they'll sort you out πŸ‘

HR zone running was a revelation after I graduated from C25K, it made such a difference to everything, from enjoyment to stamina. That's when I started to believe I could reach longer distances. Hope you enjoy it when you're back out there! For the time being, enjoy your yoga πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜ƒ
