Funeral music, the things we think about whilst running

Decided to go out for a run again today despite running 5k yesterday. I decided to Jeff to reduce the wear and tear on my joints. I play lots of different types of music when I run, mainly rock Yesterday I downloaded a new track for my playlist Dr Frankenstein by Jack Savoretti. Listening to the words I was thinking how brilliant it would be for my funeral. I am not usually so morose 😂. I then spent the remainder of the run deciding how to make sure everyone knew I wanted it played and before I knew it I had run another 7k. What weird things do you think about whilst running? 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️😂

Sometimes my mind wanders even when I'm listening to spoken word podcasts. But like dreams I often forget what I was musing over.

I have just come back from a bike ride, was still thinking of the music. I think these words have definitely struck a cord - 'Cause it's not where you go when you die

It's how you live when you're alive

Who you touch and how you feel it?

It's not about the time that you have

It's how you cry and how you laugh

Who you love and how you mean it

And do you mean it? Must be the lockdown again that’s got me feeling melancholy 😔

😂😂😂😂😂, honestly I don’t normally have such thoughts. I don’t know what came over me today and it was such a beautiful sunny day too. 😂
