Well while the sane will have been fast asleep 🛌, it’s 5:38 and I’ve been out for a run. I was intending to go and do a quick 7 mins exercise session on YouTube, but as I pulled my trainers on, ‘What are you doing, you can run?’! Came to mind!🤔
It did feel a little crazy, I must admit 😝, but the light and the quiet just seemed perfect. So, I decided to go out! Quick skip back up the stairs for my headphones and a nice bit of singing to some old favourites to accompany the run!! 🎧 🎵 🏃🏽♀️
Staying on the main Rd for safety, but no traffic!! I do miss the parks, but I’m still getting out there!
Run done ✅ ...and one happy runner!! 🏃🏽♀️🙌🏽

Ah thanks WillowandSola!! 🤗🤗! It was super early ☺️! But I figured it would take a while to go back to sleep and I may even feel more groggy after another doze! So, up and out I went!! Worked wonders too!! 😂🧚🏻❤️
It was super early, but very nice going out there before the world started moving. I saw another runner when I was on my way back, so I might just be sane after all!! 😂
I think that’s the earliest I’ve ever been out on run, but it was so light out there, I didn’t have to think about the time too much! ❤️
Mmm...I’m sure they’re open again but I haven’t been. The news that they’re back open has meant lots of people and I hear it’s busy. I don’t expect to have a whole park to myself, (not going to 🤥...would be nice 😂), but it sort of defeats the purpose of driving there for a nice quiet run.
5:38am...so crazy I know ☺️, but maybe a better use of time than the alternative 🐑1 🐑 2...😂! I don’t want to make it a habit, but I really quite liked the stillness too. ❤️
I didn’t think I was either, but I’ve injected a bit of a rocket launch approach to just go with the early mornings rather than be frustrated by it!! I was tired and ready for bed very early yesterday 😂. ❤️

It was supposed to be just a few minutes doing a living room workout to tick off my daily exercise early, but as I was putting the trainers on anyway, it just seemed a little bit logical to just go for a run 🤪! No disturbing the rest of the household either. 👌🏽! They didn’t even know that I’d gone!! 😂
Definitely Fab! I did it before lockdown but it doesn’t seem to happen much these days. I’ve no problem running, just getting up 🤣. I love coming back when no one knows you’ve already done your running 🤣
