Oldgirlruns seems to have been remiss in posting her runs on the magic plan. So I am putting this on here to say how proud I am of my friend. This week she completed week 6 of the plan and on Monday ran 9 km for the first time (well she went a bit further than that; I must talk about the 10% rule 😉).
So congratulations OldGirl, and good luck with week 7. I am so missing our girly get togethers my friend.

Hiding is not possible on here , is it Sandra? I remember I was so overjoyed when I got that 9k that I wanted to tell everybody I met. As that’s not possible at the moment this is the place to do it. We do love sharing the delight.

Virtual happy hours with OldGirl and Mr and Mrs Coddfish are as close as we get at the moment, plus an occasional talk over her garden wall when our exercise takes us that way but we’ve gone from sharing a holiday together to this weird situation. But we will get through this and there will be one almighty party afterwards.

This route is a bit too busy at the moment but there are some quieter spots, and Oldgirlruns has often done her run before I’m out of bed.
