3rd 60 min run done and 2nd longest run!

The last 15 minutes not pretty but I sooo wanted to achieve the 60 mins! Promised myself I’d get the ‘60 min’ graduate badge if I did 3x 60 minute runs. I don’t feel pleased with myself yet as I’m totally knackered! Covered 8.3 km. According to Runmaster, highest elevation climb at 146 m. That’s probably why I’m cream-crackered. Will stick to 5k for a while now! Hope everyone well.

Boooooooom!

Well done! 🏆

A great effort you should rightly be proud of. Rest up now and spend a while looking at your great stats!

Thank you, GT. I love doing that in the evening after a run, reading runmaster stats and then reading them again, and again...

Thank you! It’s certainly a challenge for me doing the 60. Need a flat route! Hope you’re both well.

It’s good for me but I hate inclines! Legs tired. Hope you’re well.

I hate longer runs I have been consolidating on 30 minutes again and improving my time pace / distance. I think the longer runs will come over time as I drop more weight but for now I'm just to tired after. I've not run for a few days as I've had lower back pain, it's feeling better today though so I might give it a go later :-)

Hope the pain in your back eases up. Sounds like a good running plan, keep it up!

Fantastic!! Luckily the forum doesn’t award style points so just getting to the end goal is enough! What an awesome achievement, even sweeter I always think when you had to pull out the big guns in the grit and determination stakes!!

Ha! Now that would be funny - style points! It’d be a while til I got a badge for that one!

Thank you, Annie. I think I wanted to find it easier as I’d done 2 60 mins before but I’m discovering that’s not the way running works!

It’s not always easy but ironically the harder it seems the sweeter it feels afterwards 😊 ⭐️
