Thanks Dexy I’ve had essential Jaffa cakes and took jelly buddies out on my run. We all need comfort at the moment and if it means chocolate, so be it! 😂Enjoy!

Great photo, happy Easter to you lexi6, just coming up to 11am in UK, just back from a 5K WALK this morning, that took 49 minutes compared to the 33 minutes 5K RUN I did on the same course on Saturday morning.

Thanks Alan, happy Easter. I was going to do another garden run today but see my Running World Cup goals only gave me 4 days left to do 10k, so wanted it to be counted and did 5k. (My garden run didn’t count the other day) 😕 that was a good walk for you today. Just after 11pm now here, pouring with rain and very, very strong winds.
