Cows, and tunnels and a very warm run🌞🌞

If there's anyone left on the planet who's not heard or tried C25K well you should try it soon..... It's totally fantastic and opens up so many opportunities!!

After a pants night sleep following a night shift traversing the deserted roads and lanes..... It was too hot to sleep in our Welsh house and when Mrs Wife left to go to her NHS shift I just fidgeted all the way until 9am..... Ummm ok 6 hours that'll do πŸ€”...

Fed and watered where's me trainers πŸ™ƒ, someone had turned the sunshine switch on early it's so warm (glad I took a bottle), the birds were chirping, the dog walkers were a happy bunch, the world even though weird is a happy place today... I reckon even the cows were smiling as they posed for a piccie πŸ‘πŸ₯³πŸ„πŸ‚πŸ₯³.

It was warm it was sweaty it was lovely..

If you're running enjoy it stay safe give others that safe distance πŸ‘. If your isolating or mending then hey get back running and get yourselves healthy asap please.

If you're thinking of starting running, stop thinking just go try it πŸ‘πŸ‘.

Lovely photos and a great place to run.

Shsssssss 🀫🀫 don't mention the racing snake terminology Mrs Wife said Mr hubby was wasting away and it was down to the running malarkey Jell, I just I think was curious to see how the legs would feel ( so far so good)..... And hey it'll justify the chocolate orange joining me on my nightshift tonight 😁.

The scenery is looking so picturesque at the moment that it needs sharing πŸ‘ there's a beautiful house I ran by today with an amazing copper roof but it's covered with scaffolding as the decorators are painting it but it's vivid green..... Hope that Jell recovery is going well and those trainers are laced up asap πŸ‘

Nice run there Imc and beautiful photos and what a beautiful part of the world you live in. It really is a small world when we visited the UK last year we spent a day in Llangollen as Mr L’s Irish ancestors originally came from the area. I had the best toasted sandwich ever (food features in my conversation a lot) in a little pub called the M’eating Point. Yum 😊

Ahhhh I drive by your little cafe most days, when I drop the girls at school. I guess living in the area you do to tend to take it for granted πŸ™„ which is soo wrong.

But as of late the area does seem popular with NZ and Aussie visitors and tourist's alike

Not hard to see why all the visitors, its beautiful. The little museum there was packed full of interesting things too, it was pouring with rain, so was nice to get i doors. Hope to make it back there one day.

And we also have a number of shops stocking your chocolate oranges 😁,

The popularity had increased since the aqueduct got world heritage status πŸ‘ they lit it up this year with other visitor attractions as well. I'll try to dig out a piccie
