It's warm for running take a drink

Said to myself I'd make the most of a day off today, woke early and shamefully went back for a sneaky snooze, and the day was slipping away.

Mrs Wife headed out for basics for the food cupboard ( teen-agers off school empty a fridge rather quickly 😂)

Right opportunity spotted trainers on ahhhh shorts and teeshirt no more long sleeves and tights...👍

But I wasn't sure after cycling yesterday if the legs would work properly.. apparently cycling and running works. Bit hot didn't want to carry a sloshy bottle so only headed out for 5k. I'm glad sweaty, thirsty but thankfully not far from home and a cold tap 🥤....

I think Mrs Wifes handiwork with the clippers and scissors have streamlined my running physique 🤪 ..... New 5k pb

REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR DRINKS IF YOU'RE RUNNING BIG DISTANCES!!
